What special programs does CPCMG list?

See behavioral and mental health, lactation program and Healthy Living Program. CPCMG’s ADHD resources page was marked “under construction” when retrieved and links only to Vanderbilt rating scale forms[2].
What is Nurse Care Connect?
CPCMG says Nurse Care Connect provides telephone advice from registered pediatric nurses, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm; callers reach it through the “Health Care Advice” option at their CPCMG office. CPCMG states the nurses cannot give a diagnosis or prescribe medications, though they can prescribe a limited number of medications in select cases per protocols[3]. For a life- or limb-threatening emergency CPCMG says to call 911[3].
What does CPCMG say its population health team does?
In a post on its site, CPCMG describes a Population Health team of pediatric registered nurses and care coordinators that handles most MyChart messages and medication refill requests and helps families find community resources. The post is credited to a CPCMG pediatrician and Medical Director of Population Health. It is CPCMG’s description of its own team and is not independently verified.[4]
